Floating Specter / Dementor

I designed and built this "Floating Specter Costume" (aka Dementor costume) for Halloween 2020. I carry a bluetooth speaker with me and play scary music and sound effects. I spent a couple of hours riding around downtown Asheville, NC (my home) in the evening. I hope I was able to make a few people smile.

Since creating this video I've added lots more strips of white fabric so (1) my body is hidden a little better and (2) the flowing, ghost-like effect is better.
